1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AmiPOS web-based ERP/POS system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
AmiPOS provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point of Sale (POS) software-as-a-service. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion.
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
We offer the Service on a subscription basis with the following terms:

Billing Cycles: You may choose between Monthly or Yearly billing cycles.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change our fees with a 30-day notice.

4. User Accounts and Security

Interfere with the security or integrity of our web servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmiPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind.

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent experience for all users.

Uptime Commitment: AmiPOS targets a 99.9% uptime availability, excluding scheduled maintenance.

Scheduled Maintenance: We will perform routine system updates and maintenance. We aim to provide at least 48 hours' notice via email or in-app notification for any planned downtime, typically scheduled during low-traffic hours.

Service Credits: (Optional) In the event that uptime falls below 99.0% in a given month, users may be eligible for a service credit toward their next billing cycle upon written request.

Internet Connectivity: As a web-based service, AmiPOS is not responsible for service interruptions caused by your internet service provider, local hardware issues, or browser-side configurations.
10. Data Security and Privacy
The security of your business and customer data is a top priority.
